At Woven Sloth, we want every customer to love what they receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’ve designed a return policy that’s simple, fair, and prevents misuse.
Returns must be made at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged or defective, you may inspect the product before paying (applicable to COD orders).
If you find an issue, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately.
Once payment is made and the delivery is accepted, returns will not be entertained unless the item is damaged.
In case you receive a damaged or defective item, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, please provide:
An unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
Photos of the damaged product and packaging.
📦 Requests without proper video/photo proof will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
If the item is returned after delivery is accepted, and no damage is reported.
For size-related issues or change of mind.
If the item is damaged due to mishandling while opening the package (cuts, tears from scissors, etc.).
Once your return request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
