Refund and Exchange Policy

At Woven Sloth, we want every customer to love what they receive. However, if something isn’t right, we’ve designed a return policy that’s simple, fair, and prevents misuse.


🔄 Return at Time of Delivery Only

  • Returns must be made at the time of delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged or defective, you may inspect the product before paying (applicable to COD orders).

  • If you find an issue, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person immediately.

  • Once payment is made and the delivery is accepted, returns will not be entertained unless the item is damaged.

  • In case of online payments ,if delivery is inspected and returned ,the refund will be processed within 7 days.

⚠️ Damaged Item Policy

  • In case you receive a damaged or defective item, you must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a full refund or replacement, please provide:

    • An unboxing video showing the issue clearly.

    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

📦 Requests without proper video/photo proof will not be eligible for refund or replacement.


🚫 No Returns or Refunds in These Cases

  • If the item is returned after delivery is accepted, and no damage is reported.

  • For size-related issues or change of mind.

  • If the item is damaged due to mishandling while opening the package (cuts, tears from scissors, etc.).


💸 Refund Timeline

  • Once your return request is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
